Once we receive your takedown notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. You will be notified if we take action on your notice.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. To file a counter-notice, you must provide the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the material unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to prevent the restoration of the content.
