Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and carrier. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer than standard delivery times.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, although they can be used as billing addresses. Deliveries to APO and FPO addresses are sent through USPS Priority Mail. Because of additional handling and distance, delivery to these locations may take up to 21 days. For security reasons, all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, which means that once you receive your confirmation email, your order is already being prepared and cannot usually be changed or canceled. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, following our return policy.

Some items such as gift cards, e-gift cards, clearance items, or final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds and returns may take additional processing time, and it can take up to 10 business days after we receive your return to inspect and process it. After approval, it may take an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Exchanges are available for items in unused and original condition within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made through our return process, but we do not offer direct mail exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return the original item and place a new order. Shipping costs are not refunded for exchanges.
