To support you, we offer a complimentary repair service for up to six months after your purchase. This service covers minor issues such as a loose stone, a broken clasp, or small adjustments needed to restore your jewelry. Our skilled team will carefully repair your piece so it can be returned to its original condition as closely as possible.

If you would like to request a repair, you can contact us at repair@jaore.com. When reaching out, please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue with your item. Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you instructions on how to proceed with the repair process.

Please note that while the repair service itself is free within the six-month period, customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items to us. You will be given instructions on how to safely package and ship your jewelry to our repair center once your request has been approved.
