At lbooks Corporation, we value our customers’ satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience when purchasing eBooks from our platform. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds.

When you purchase ebooks or audiobooks from lbooks.co, you have the assurance that if the ebook does not meet your expectations or perform as described, you are entitled to a refund. This refund policy extends to eBooks purchased through our platform within the last seven days from the date of purchase.

Furthermore, if an ebook or audiobook fails to perform as described, regardless of the duration since purchase, you may still request a refund at any time.

Criteria for Refunds.

If you would like to refund your ebook or audiobook purchase, we will be happy to do so if your request fits
the following criteria:

  1. You have 15 calendar days to return an ebook or audiobook from the date you purchased it.
  2. You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of the ebook.
  3. You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with
    your ebook purchase.
  4. You have not previously returned the same ebook from a prior purchase.

Refund Process.

Upon meeting the refund criteria and submitting a request, our dedicated team will process your refund promptly. Once approved, access to the ebook or audiobook will be revoked, and the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our help desk, and our support team will assist you through the process.

Technical Issues.

We understand that technical issues may arise, leading to the corruption of an ebook or the need for a replacement. In such cases, you can re-download the ebook from your lbooks.co account at any time during the normal course of use.

Exceptions.

Please note that refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we deem to be in violation of our refund policy or conducted in bad faith.
